Alger Falls is a convenient roadside waterfall located just south of Munising, Michigan, right at the junction of M-28 and M-94. The water tumbles down a series of mossy rock ledges in a 20-foot drop, making it an easy and quick sight to catch from your car or a brief roadside pull-off.
While traveling to Munising, there were a few waterfalls nearby. This one is Alger Falls, which is right off the highway. When we went to visit this waterfall, it was pretty muddy to get a close-up picture. On the other side of the highway is Wagner Falls.
